Foshan Nova Star Trading ("the Company") operates as an import/export intermediary from China, connecting Chinese factories with clients across the Middle East, the Gulf, and other markets. By using this website or dealing with the Company in any way, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Quotations
Any price quotation provided by the Company (including the preliminary estimator tool on this website) is indicative and non-binding, valid for the period stated at the time it is issued. The final price is determined after confirming exact specifications, quantity, and shipping terms.
Orders & Payment
- An order is considered confirmed once the client provides written approval of the final quotation and pays the agreed deposit.
- Accepted payment methods: direct bank transfer, or documentary letter of credit (L/C) for large orders.
- The remaining balance is settled according to the schedule agreed in writing before shipment, or as otherwise agreed.
Manufacturing & Samples
For bulk orders, the Company oversees production of an initial sample to confirm it meets specifications before full production begins. Approval of the sample is considered final confirmation of the agreed specifications.
Shipping & Delivery
- The Company handles logistics coordination up to the agreed port (FOB) or up to the client's destination (CIF), depending on the terms agreed.
- Stated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control (ocean freight conditions, customs, weather).
- Customs clearance procedures in the importing country are the client's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quality & Inspection
The Company commits to inspecting goods on-site before shipment to confirm they match the approved sample and agreed specifications. Minor variations in color or measurement within standard industrial tolerances are not considered a product defect.
Returns & Claims
Any claim relating to manufacturing defects or non-conformance with agreed specifications will be reviewed if submitted in writing within a reasonable period after receiving the shipment, supported by documented evidence (photos/video). Each case is resolved individually based on the nature of the order and the original agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any delay or damage resulting from force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, port closures). In all cases, the Company's liability does not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logo, text, images) is owned by Nova Star Trading and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, depending on where the contract is executed. Any dispute is preferably resolved amicably before resorting to formal proceedings.
